Built by someone who's been on both sides of the SaaS invoice

Three decades making technology sell: browsers at Microsoft, infrastructure at Accenture, Bitcoin payments at NYDIG, IoT hardware at a startup I ran as CEO. Different technologies, different markets, same job: figure out what it's worth and close the deal. $300M in revenue across three decades and over 100 companies advised.

When you've sold software, bought it, built companies on it, and advised that many more, you notice something: what a company pays for its tools and what those tools actually cost are never the same number. The subscription is the line item. The real cost is the labor — triaging tickets, manual data entry, errors from processes nobody tracks.

When AI started replacing entire SaaS categories, that gap became an opportunity. But nobody had a tool that could take a company's actual expense data and show them the real number, with sourced benchmarks instead of made-up projections. So I built one.

How it works

A calculator, not a marketplace

Vendor-neutral

We don't sell, resell, or take commissions on any AI tool. We show you the math — you choose your vendor.

Privacy-first

Calculations run in your browser. Your expense data never leaves your machine and is never stored on ours.

Transparent methodology

Assumptions are sourced from published benchmarks: BLS, Gartner, Intercom, Ardent Partners. You can adjust every input.

Honest results

Savings can be negative. We show that. Not every SaaS tool should be replaced with AI — the math will tell you which ones are worth it.
